  • Examples of Personal Information collected: any information you choose to share with us when contacting customer support, such as your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and resolve your enquiry.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please get in touch using our Contact page to request deletion.

  • Temporary denylisting of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses, for a small number of days.

We do not sell your Personal Information, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
