- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our platform provider Shopify, our payment processors, and our shipping and fulfilment partners.

- Examples of Personal Information collected: any information you choose to share with us when contacting customer support, such as your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry.
- Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and resolve your enquiry.

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please get in touch using our Contact page to request deletion.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on customers. Our platform provider, Shopify, uses limited automated decision-making to help prevent fraud, which does not have such an effect. This includes:
- Temporary denylisting of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions, for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylisting of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses, for a small number of days.
Selling Personal Information
We do not sell your Personal Information, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
